I’ve come to the realization that my life to this point has been defined by three distinct incidents which in turn have led to a great deal of reflection upon my part. Reflection led to change/improvement. The most recent event actually took place back in March of this year but culminated with a degree of unprecedented ugliness in late August/September.

So what is Kevin v3.0? It is the next step and the changes involve many aspects of my life: physical, mental, business, etc.

Physically, I’m in fairly ridiculous shape right now…perhaps the best shape I’ve been in since playing basketball in college twelve years ago…and it is only going to get better.

Business, I’m taking the next step and jumping straight into the deep end with Real Estate. The first three months of 2007 will apparently see me traveling to Georgia and Texas with my mentor/partner. I fully expect to have a small multi-unit/apartment complex of my own by the end of 2007.

Mentally/Relationship: I realized I was finally ready to settle earlier this year…unfortunately due to the struggle in getting to that point, for now that has been taken out of my life. I truly believe in the next eighteen months I will have reached the goal I set for myself to achieve by 35

The Move: Those of you familiar with Gainesville may be shocked by the news but I am moving myself and my entire operation to downtown Gainesville. My new offices will be located inside the Sun Center and I myself will be living the high life atop Union Street Station in a great condo.

Only one hole left to fill but unfortunately it has become a tertiary concern once again unless someone rocks my socks clean off.
