So headed down to Clearwater for business with Bonnie and Patrick. It ended up being a whirlwind weekend. Toured the ALF that I placed under contract for 1.85 million and it is a great buy. Acquired ownership in a quad and 2 homes in Gainesville. Made a ton of plans. In between ran (walked) a surprise 5k and had a nice dinner at the Pierogi Grill!
