Score! Next Entreprenurial Endeavor
Ok…it is a well known fact that I have an unhealthy addiction to RX7′s (Rush STFU before you even say one word). Well I’ve had two second gens for a while now and recently sold one. I’ve decided that to continue working with something I love and being well aware of the strong market for RX7 parts, that I’m going to take advantage of my knowledge and love of the cars and make some profit.
Currently I have offers out on seven RX7′s ranging from rollers to working cars. I figure my average cost per car as a roller should be $500. Out of a decent roller, I should be able to clear $1000 – $1500 in profit. After 5-7 rollers I can probably buy my 3rd gen or be practical and acquire some more real estate and then get a 3rd gen.
Anyways, I just concluded the first deal on the cars. I picked up $1990 ‘vert with no motor, transmission, or seats for $350. The best part about this car is I can use the front bumper and passenger fender to replace my damaged body parts. This car probably won’t have as much profit for me, but after selling the rims, tail lights, and a couple of other parts plus the scrap metal, I should be able to clear $500 – $750 in profit still.
I’m excited!
stop wasting your time with the 2nd gens and go for the 3rd gen – they look sweet!!!
