So recently my thoughts have turned back to my long delayed foray into real estate. I’d forgotten all of the neat little tricks and tips that you can pick up from investors who have dozens, if not hundred of units, under their belt. I’m fortunate enough to have a client and a friend who is one of these people.

So tonight I’m filling out some interesting stuff that should help bounce the ‘ol credit score even higher. However the newest weapon in the arsenal is a program for first time home buyers. If you are a friend and are looking at being a homeowner for the first time…holy crap…it is an amazing program. I really do not believe that anything else can touch it!
