Millionaire Mind Intensive

This past weekend I took a trip to Atlanta with a couple of business associates for the Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar. This event was no joke as it ran from 9AM – 11PM Monday and Saturday and from 8AM – 8PM on Sunday. As a matter of fact, I just got back into town a couple of hours ago.

I attended this seminar initially expecting it to be about numbers and business and the usual blah, blah. However, I was rapidly to find that the focus of this seminar was about your personal beliefs and fears in regards to money and success. More of a  self-improvement seminar that could help ANYONE, just not business people.

The crowd Psychology employed by the trainers was by far the best display of understanding and controlling human emotion that I’ve ever seen in my life. They were able to take a group of almost seven hundred individuals on Friday and turn them in a singular group by Sunday.

The reason people attended this event DID have to do with business success and money and wealth. However, the focus was on discovering each individuals attitudes towards money, how it developed, where it was at now, and what it was keeping you from accomplishing.

I don’t mind relating that while I have an almost ungodly drive for success, it is dwarfed by my fear of failure. A fear that kept me from pulling the trigger on some real estate transactions a year ago that would have set me free financially by now as well as a fear that probably hurt my chances of success with the toy company. It was very liberating to discover the roots of some of these beliefs and then share them with strangers. I don’t want to go into too many details because I would encourage ANYONE to take this seminar especially since if you buy the book, “The Millionaire Mind” you can take the course for free…there is one coming up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida soon.

I will share one detail with you that had to deal with fear. We were all asked to do something that was (depending upon your point of view) very brave or very foolish. One lady in our group absolutely fucking lost it. One of our group members was smiling at her and encouraging her in the exercise and she just went nuts yelling at him, “Don’t laugh at me you bastard! Get away from me you damn bastard, stop laughing at me!”. Just going off on the guy for no reason. The guy (and the rest of us) were quite shocked and he walked away and I talked to him and made sure he was ok. He was a bit shocked, but ok, and I just told him there was nothing he could do and that she obviously had some issues she needed to work out.

Every person had to complete this exercise and this lady in our group was so bad, the trainers had to spend about 20 minutes getting her to do it. Even then…after she finished…one of my friends, who is a woman, went up to her and smiled and said, “Congratulations” and the lady went off on her too about “laughing at her.”

I don’t know what was wrong with her…but she had some extreme sort of issue above and beyond her fear issues. All in all…the final exercise was very interesting to watch as it played out around the room. I stepped right into it and had no problems. Others took a little time…although the lady mentioned previously was the only one who lost it. There were definitely about two dozen people who were crying, shaking, and had serious issues in going through with the exercise.

Once again, I cannot recommend this book or seminar (free) enough and I hope some of my friends will take the time to attend. I believe it will make a difference in your life.
